Saturday PM Wedding includes;

• Ceremony & Reception

• Rehearsal the night before

• All seating and decor items provided.

• 20x40 tent for covered dining seating.

• Barn area with bar and room for dancing.

• On-site coordinator will handle the wedding day schedule. 

• On-site event coordinator will take care of all the decorating per bride's taste.

• Bridal bouquet using fresh flowers of bride's choice and a matching groom boutonniere are provided.

• Fresh flowers for cake topper.

• Extra bridesmaid bouquets and groom boutonnieres can be provided for an additional charge.

• Fresh flower arrangement for sweetheart table.

• In house faux flower and decor for guest's tables. 

• In house faux floral decor for the ceremony arch. 

• Table and decor provided for guest sign in and gift tables. 

• Buffet style dinner. Choices will be discussed.

• Formal table setting using china, glassware, linen napkins and silverware.

• Ice water and lemonade provided and kept full throughout the evening.

• Staff on hand to clear out plates once the meal is over. 

• Couples' cake for cutting and cupcakes for your guests.

• Disposable champagne flutes and non-alcoholic beverage for toasting.

• Blue tooth speakers provided for ceremony & reception. You provide the music.

• $200 credit if you would like to hire a DJ. *Preferred list can be provided.

• Bridal Suite available before the ceremony. 

• Outdoor games provided.

• Bar area provided with 4 hours of bartender service.

• Restroom facilities and wash station.

• Parking attendant provided while guests arrive.  

• Trash and clean up handled by facilitator.

• Bubble send off- supplies provided.

• Wedding with 55 or fewer guests will receive a $35 per guest credit.
